Cavea illuminates the Premio Ghislieri 2026
As technical sponsor of the 15th edition of the Premio Ghislieri, Egoluce brings Cavea lighting to the historic spaces of Collegio Ghislieri in Pavia.
On 8 October 2026, Collegio Ghislieri in Pavia hosted the 15th edition of the Premio Ghislieri, an award promoted by the Associazione Alunni to recognise scientific and professional excellence. This year’s honourees were journalist Alice Gioia and historian Guido Crainz, who received a lifetime achievement award.
For the occasion, Egoluce contributed to the lighting of the historic portico as technical sponsor, with an installation featuring the Cavea collection, designed by Matì.
The pendant luminaires, arranged in sequence beneath the vaulted ceilings, emphasised the architectural perspective, while freestanding models positioned along the colonnade completed the lighting composition. Cavea’s slender luminous profiles introduced a contemporary element among the arches, stone columns and historic surfaces, creating a harmonious dialogue between light and architecture.
A meeting of history and contemporary design, where light becomes part of the spatial experience and helps shape the atmosphere of an event dedicated to culture and excellence.
